The product, in the report: Vtech soothing ocean slumber crib mobile.
The vtech crib mobile was hanging attached from my sons crib when i noticed one of the straps holding it to the crib came un attached from the mobile. Then a week later (approx) the whole strap came un attached from the mobile and fell into the crib with my son. This is very dangerous, as luckily he didnt get hurt but a) the mobile could have hit him in the head causing damage as its hard plastic or b) he could have got a hold of it and hurt himself with the strap.
