The product, in the report: Lamaze flip flap dragon baby toy
My 4.5 month old son was holding and chewing on his Lamaze flip flap dragon baby toy while sitting in a stroller in our kitchen. I turned around to open the pantry when I turned back around the dragon tail was so far lodged in my child’s throat he was choking. The toy was completely stuck and he did not have the ability to remove it. If I had not turned around and pulled it out it would have been a very different story.
