The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

The product, in the report: Skip hop moonlight and melodies crib mobile. Model number 185509

I own the skip hop mobile for my sons crib. I had it attached to the crib as per the instructions. I noticed it was leaning a bit and was concerned about it falling so I went to tighten the straps. As I pulled on the base strap to tighten it the green rubber part attached to the top clip broke! The moible tumbled into the crib. Luckily my son was not in the crib or it could have hit him in the face.
