The product, in the report: Musical mobile
I bought the CoCo & Company Musical Mobile Bailey and attached it to our crib by following the instructions. About a month after it was installed I found a small piece laying next to our 4 month old baby in her crib. It was a small cap that was attached to a piece labeled as a threaded tube. The instruction manual does not show this cap piece as being separate from the threaded tube or indicate that it can become detached. I do not know if it arrived loosely attached or became loose over time.
