While washing pacifier clips for my daughter, two of the clip heads detached their lanyard. On close inspection, the clips attach to their lanyard with a simple “c-hook” which can easily be pulled apart. The clips are small, and easily swallowed by the child. A child can easily pull the clips off the lanyard and ingest them. They are a choking hazard.
