The product, in the report: All of Wood Baby’s pacifier clips and teethers. Beads with skinny knots on cords.
Wood Baby Co makes unsafe pacifier clips and teethers that have NOT been safety tested and are choking hazards. The beads fall right off the “knots” and the teethers aren’t safe either.
