My son was chewing on this teal turtle teether when I looked over at him and he was choking on something. I performed the Heimlich on him and has the foot piece of this teether came flying out of his mouth. After everything calmed down and my baby was okay I examined the teether and realized both of the legs were missing so I went searching and found the other piece of it laying on my sons walker tray.
