The product, in the report: Baby Montessori sensory toy advertised for ages 0-12 months. Advertised as a teething toy. The core of the toy is round made of plastic with two smaller balls inside that plastic center. Sticking out from the center are 12 silicone balls of varying textures and colors. Around each of the 12 arms are small different sized rings.
While playing with the toy my child was able to dislodge the middle ball by pushing on it. The ball is small and plastic and she could put it in her mouth causing a choking hazard.
