The product, in the report: orthodontic pacifiers by Born Free for 0-3month Disney collection for babies r us

My name is [REDACTED] I am a new mom to a 2 month old baby. I am writing you to let you know about a pacifier I have purchased for my new born baby in June 2012. I was using the orthodontic pacifiers by Born Free for 0-3month old babies. They were part of the Disney collection designed for Babies R Us. My son was using the pacifier for about a month when I noticed that it had mold around the base of it and on the inside of it. I threw it out immediately and opened the other one for him to use thinking it wouldn’t do the same. A few weeks later I noticed the same on the second pacifier, there was mold inside and around the base of it as well. I think the mold may have been caused by milk getting into the base, it looked like the rubber nipple was not sealed well to the base. When I went to rinse it off, water got into the nipple and that’s when I noticed the mold. Being a new mom I was concerned with my child’s safty and wanted to let you know about this issue so that other parents can be advised. I am hoping that this issue gets fixed by the company because my son liked this product and I haven’t found another pacifier that works as well for him. I am afraid to buy him another set of the Born Free brand in case they get moldy again.
