The product, in the report: 2PC Truck Shape Wooden Rattles Baby Teether Toys. These are wooden toy cars that are advertised as teethers for babies.
My 15 month old was playing with this toy and was able to pull the wheels off. I saw reviews that had the same problem. I’m worried it’s a choking hazard.
