Hello, I wanted to share with you what happened to my daughter with the NUK airflow pacifier. She is 7 months old and while sitting in her high chair managed to shove the entire pacifier into her mouth. She then began gagging at which point I turned around and saw what was happening. Luckily, I was able to safely remove the pacifier from her mouth- but it was difficult and she could have easily swallowed it. Pacifiers are supposed to be safe for babies and parents are encouraged to let their babies sleep with these devices. I don’t even want to think about what would have happened had I not been right next to her. I wanted to report this issue in case a recall needs to be issued. Here is a link to the exact pacifier that she used (it was the penguin one).
