The product, in the report: Nippii Original Freezable Teether Pacifier (bought on Amazon) pacifier is clear and can be filled with water and frozen.

    Dear CPSC,

I am writing to report a serious safety concern regarding the Original Freezable Teether Pacifier by Nippi, which I recently used for my six-month-old son to help with his teething pain. While he was holding the pacifier, I momentarily looked away and noticed that the top had opened, allowing the ice piece inside the pacifier to dislodge and end up in his mouth. I quickly removed it, but I realized that he could have easily choked on it if I hadnt acted immediately.

After this incident, I checked the Amazon reviews for the product and was alarmed to find several reports from other parents whose babies had actually choked on the ice piece. This product poses a significant choking hazard, and I am deeply concerned that other children could be at risk.

I urge you to investigate this product and take appropriate action to prevent potential harm to infants and toddlers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
