The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: It is a pacifier clip with mostly silicone beads and two wooden beads and a wooden clip.

I have a pacifier and pacifier clip from the Ninni Co. Today I noticed one of the wooden beads on the pacifier clip had a crack in it, and when I picked it up to further inspect the damage the bead broke in half. If my child would have been handling this she could have choked.

The product, in the report: Pacifier

Ninni pacifier - 12 month old son tore pacifier nipple and the silicone tip was completely severed from pacifier base. Pieces of the silicone nipple (aside from the tip) were torn and we assume he swallowed some of it as we cannot find 100% of the pieces. It is absolutely a choking hazard. There were no flaws with it prior to giving it to him.
