Brand: Mirari from Play Monster Serial #: 1902182300 Product Name: MyKeys TM The Wonder of Discovery Date of Receiving Toy: 12/25/2019 Date of Malefaction: 07/02/2020

Mirari from the toy company Play Monster does not insulate their battery casing on baby chew toys. We received our toy as a baby gift 7 months ago, and we waited until the 6 months+ approved age until letting him play with his toy.

My baby has the Mirari Key chain with an interactive sound clicker. Babies chew on everything, and one would assume that they would be relatively safe. When I went to clean his key chain, I noticed some brown goop leaking from the battery casing. Upon further inspection, I opened the battery casing, and noticed the batteries were completely rusting and possible leaking.

Baby is OK, however we are waiting to meet with doctor to ensure he checks out.
