The product, in the report: Binky clip. from MBL shop. Pittsburgh pirates. Black with yellow P and white baseball on front. Back is yellow and says pirates.

My nine-month-old son was sucky on his Binky and playing with the Binky clip the next thing I looked over in the little baseball that is stuck on the Binky clip was lodged in the back of his throat and was choking on it. Thankfully my husband and I were sitting right there and were able to see it and pull it out. The binky clips from MBL shop. It’s a Pittsburgh pirates and they have baseballs on them as decorations. I called them and they would not do anything about it as I received it brand new as a gift at my baby shower.
