The product, in the report: Nuby beaded teether

I am the caregiver for my 18 week old grandson. On Monday I found a 3/4 inch round plastic bead that had broken off of the Nuby teether I bought him at Target. This was a horrifying discovery since I bought the teether for him since it is recommended for ages three and a half months and older. I’m fearful that a baby could choke to death on this. My daughter has contacted the maker who wants the broken teether so that they can evaluate the problem. I am reluctant to send it to them.
