The product, in the report: little tikes baby little angel bunny teether
My 7mo daughter was teething on her toy and started teething on the ears of the toy. She sucked on the ear so much she caused it to get stuck in her throat and began to choke on it. My husband saw her face turn blueish and pulled the toy of her mouth.
