He gagged, puked, and I had to pull the string out. It was terrifying. It would have been stuck if I wouldn’t have pulled it out. It was a Little Rawr Montessori pull string teething toy. It was being used as designed. My baby was teething on the ends. He loves the toy so I let him play with it while I was closely watching him, but he choked again, so I’ve taken it away.
