The product, in the report: “LIGHTDESIRE Baby Toys Musical Caterpillar,Infant Stuffed Animal Toy with Crinkle and Rattles,Soft Sensory Toys with Textures for Tummy Time Newborn Boys Girls 0 3 6 12 Months(Blue)” purchased on Amazon. About 25 inches long, baby sensory caterpillar that has teething antennas, internal rattles, and plays music. In the color blue.
My 6 month old daughter was playing with a sensory caterpillar toy (purchased by a family member on Amazon and marketed for babies ages 0-12 months) that had teething antennas. My daughter was chewing on one of the teething antennas as intended when it broke off and got stuck in her mouth and she began to gag and choke on the teething antenna. She was not injured but could have been seriously injured if I wasn’t able to immediately remove the teething antenna from her mouth.
