The product, in the report: This is a pacifier chain that has a clip attached to a wooden button that you can put on a baby’s onesie or car seat so their pacifier does not fall on the floor. The wooden piece is not finished, which could be harmful to a baby’s gums - since baby’s put everything in their mouths. The clip came off the wood button after minimal use and the tiny screws fell out which could be so dangerous for a baby to swallow.
I ordered a pacifier clip for my infant daughter to use while supervised. The clip came with a rough wooden button, which detached shortly after purchase and two very small screws came loose from it. I contacted the Etsy shop I purchased it from and they had no concerns about the choking or injury risk with their product.
