The product, in the report: Teething ring for baby Kushies Zolo Linko 17 piece clip together teether+toys

My 5 months old granddaughter was given a gift of a set of teething rings. One of the rings in the shape of a heart is white with black trim. On September 11,2013 I had given her this ring to teeth on. Fortunately, I saw her when she started to struggle. I reached in her mouth and pulled out a large piece of the black trim on the teether. This teether is an accident waiting to happen. The piece I pulled from my granddaughters mouth was large enough to choke her! This teether is a CHOKING RISK. The set was brand new and this was the first time she was given the teething ring.
