The product, in the report: Infantino Music & Light Busy Keys Baby Teether with Sounds
This is the second one of this toy that I have purchased. The first one we dropped and the battery door fell off. we thought it was a fluke and our fault for dropping it. However, we purchased a second one and the battery door came off and the button batteries were in my baby’s car seat. The screw to the door is still in tact, it just broke around the screw.

The product, in the report: Infantino Play Time Pal Fox - the teething ring
I was sitting in the back seat next to my daughter, who is 12 months old. I noticed her chewing and realized she had bitten an entire chunk out of her Infantino fox teething toy and was eating the rubber. I quickly removed as much rubber from her mouth as I could but this is a choking hazard.
