The product, in the report: Mustache pacifier
Fred and friends Mustache pacifier that is not included in the recall became stuck in my baby’s mouth. While trying to put it back in his mouth, it went in sideways then fully into his mouth like a child would do with an orange slice. He started screaming and with the quick response of his grandmother she swiped it out with her finger. The plastic cut his gum coming out. He is 5 months old and just learning to put the pacifier in and out of his mouth.
