The product, in the report: This is one of the most popular teethers in the US. Sophie la Giraffe. Its their rounded teether and is marketed for babies 0 months and up.

My 11-month old was teething on Sophie the giraffe (a very popular teether) and the ear came off the giraffe and was in his mouth. This is a definite choking hazard. Thankfully I was able to get the little rubber ear out of my sons mouth, but want other parents to know that this is not a safe teether and needs to be recalled.
