Metallic Pacifier clip (1st time use) was attached to carseat and string portion attached to pacifier. baby in rear facing carseat began choking. Pulled over. Baby coughing, vomiting and choking. Got baby out of car seat and tipped forward . Saw broken metallic portion in mouth and performed finger sweep.
