The product, in the report: Playtex binkie 6m + most like mom
Playtex binkie pacifier 6m+.
My 10 month old was sucking on the not even month old pacifier then threw it on the ground during a walk. Upon picking it up we noticed the pacifier was broken in the middle and almost completely detached. Like I said the pacifier was newer and I do inspect them regularly.
