The product, in the report: Baby King pacifier, labeled for 0+ months, purchased at Dollar Tree, roughly
My child (5 months old) pulled a Baby King pacifier out of his mouth and twisted it and turned it sideways. It became stuck on his gums and his mouth was pried open by the pacifier. He could not remove it himself and it took a lot of force for me to remove it. The pacifier was for children 0 months +.
