The product, in the report: baby teether with tentacles, a pull string teether toy

My daughter was driving with her children, in her mirror noticed her baby choking on this teether, and the baby couldn’t seem to get it out of her mouth. By the time my daughter was able to stop and pull over, the baby had puked. My daughter threw the teether away when cleaning up the puke mess.
