The product, in the report: pacifier clip
I was Driving Home in the car and happened to turn down my music to hear my son in the back choking. I was on a bad road and nowhere to pull over, when i finally got to pull over my 9month old was purple! I reached in his mouth and pulled out a piece of metal and then he gasped for air. His pacifier clip had come unstitched and he swallowed the metal piece. It was bought from 31gifts and i have notified them
