The product, in the report: Zoe X1 Stroller https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0786M488Z/ref=dp_iou_view_product?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Model Zoe X1 Stroller
I was using a ZOE X1 stroller, with my two-year-old child in it. On the sidewalk, traveling at normal speed, we hit a small depression in the sidewalk, and the front right wheel snapped violently off, immediately listing the stroller to that side. Fortunately, I was able to hold the stroller up and my child did not fall to the sidewalk (though she was naturally scared). I wrote to ZOE numerous times about the incident, but ZOE had NO concern for whether my child was okay after the wheel snapped off, or the quality of the wheel itself. The wheel has two plastic rings keeping in place a metal bar - which keeps the wheel on the stroller. The two plastic rings snapped, which pushed the metal bar through that opening, and disconnected the wheel.

The product, in the report: Zoe Traveler Stroller (from website) The ultimate lightweight, compact travel stroller for adventures with your little one! Made of durable high-grade aluminum yet weighing only 11 pounds, this well-built stroller features the easiest one-hand fold, fits in a backpack, and can be stored in nearly every overhead bin on airplanes. It can even be carried as a backpack itself. Model The Traveler XLC Xtra Lightweight Stroller
I am writing to report the Zoe Traveler Stroller. This is our second Zoe stroller we received at a discount (open box) due to an unrepareable issue with our first Zoe stroller (The Trip). The first time we unpacked the stroller, our daughter (just over 2 years old) climbed in and the stroller tipped over backwards. Luckily I was standing behind the stroller and was able to grab the handle right as it hit the ground, keeping my daughter from hitting her head on the ground. Right away my wife and I looked at each other and realized this stroller is not safe. Our daughter climbs in and out of our[REDACTED] stroller all the time without issue, but that is a much more sturdy stroller. My wife and I don’t feel like we can use this stroller because it is unsafe. I have thought about trying to sell it on eBay but I don’t want to sell someone else an unsafe stroller. This stroller is rated for children up to 45 lbs and our daughter is about 25 lbs. We wanted a light stroller for traveling but the design of this stroller makes it unsafe. It needs to have the back wheels extended more to give the stroller a better base against leverage of a child in the stroller. It’s honestly been a bit of a hassle dealing with the Zoe company and I have not contacted them about this issue. I spent too much time trying to get a faulty part replaced only to end up paying for another stroller and at this point want to cut my losses with it. I’m more than happy to ship you the stroller for testing if need be.
