Hello, I have purchased an Urbini Touri stroller and while walking a screw/rivet came out of the stroller while in use. This caused the stroller to fold up on me while my son was in it. Which scared us both he immediately started to cry and I of course panicked! I contacted the stroller company and after much back and fourth they replaced the stroller with a less expensive model because the Touri stroller was discontinued. The stroller replacement I received is called the Urbini Swiftli. I have had the stroller for less than two months and the same thing happened a screw/rivet popped off and the stroller folded on me as well while in use. I contacted the company once again and they requested pictures of both the old and new stroller. They asked me to basically destroy the old stroller which in my eyes I did and actually with what happened I didn’t have to. I even wanted to send it back so that they can check the stroller and perhaps improve the defects. Instead they are stating they cannot replace the stroller because there is not sufficient evidence that I destroyed the stroller. Can you belief this? Not one but twice with two different but similar types of Urbini strollers the screw/rivet comes off while my son is in the stroller and i am walking down the street and they are concerned about me destroying the stroller to not use it again. Not for my sons safety or the fact that the stroller came apart on me in the street. These strollers should be recalled and restructured for better safety. Imagine this happening while crossing a street or to a much smaller child. I cant even imagine the consequences. My son was very scared and it hurt him a little when the stroller just collapsed.
