The product, in the report: Stroll Air My Duo Stroller. Black.
Our stroller, Stroll Air My Duo, collapses while the children are riding in it! This has happened on numerous occasions, and customer service has been a nightmare. When we call nobody answers. We leave a voice mail and NOBODY CALLS BACK. I was able to sporadically receive emails from the company, and they claim that since they can’t see anything wrong with the stroller on the pictures that I’ve sent them, I need to buy a new frame. This stroller was $800 plus shipping! This has been ongoing for months now.
