Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Baby Stroller

We were Christmas shopping at the Florida Mall Orlando. When the qbit stroller suddenly collapsed. My 24 month old baby was crushed and I bruised my knee as I fell. My baby was frightened and crying. And I was humiliated and embarrassed in a crowded mall.
