Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Nuna Nixx Next Stroller

The straps don’t hold the baby secure in the stroller. They are made of thin, smooth ribbon and they don’t grip. From the baby’s weight alone, they slip to the longest length leaving the baby hanging from the harness in the seat. On top of that, when they loosen, you can’t immediately tell because the seat padding slips down with the straps hiding the slack. The shoulder straps are made of the same thin smooth ribbon. They attach to the clasp through a loop at the end which also slips off of the clasp rendering the shoulder straps useless
