The product, in the report: I have the Mountain Buggy Nano V3 in black. I see two stickers on the stroller but neither are clearly marked as a serial number. The one I entered has 2 hyphens and the other code said it was for internal use, with no indication it was a serial number. Photos included.
Mountain Buggy Nano stroller. The excess slack from the top chest harness got my baby’s arm stuck in it. There is no way to secure the excess slack - even with the harness strap cover, the excesss slack sticks out. It is a huge entanglement issue. The clip that secures the top chest harness also often comes loose and unbuckles. I’ve had to stop mid-stroll to re-secure my child and tighten the harness clip, otherwise my baby would fall or start sliding out. My baby is also 9 months, but that’s not an age I can enter in this website, so I put 1 years old.

The product, in the report: Mountain Buggy Duet Stroller
The 2nd time I used the stroller it collapsed as if folded but not in the proper folded position. In examining the stroller I found that a plastic clip attaching the side of the frame to the front of the frame had snapped.
