The product, in the report: MAVERICK // Package 3 SKU: VCHD-MVS02-01 VCHD-MV03-01 VCHD-MV02-01
I was pulling out the telescopic handle of the Venice Child Maverick stroller when the handle separated from the stroller resulting in a loss of control over the stroller. I was using the product to push my two children on a city street. No injuries occurred, but it could have resulted in a loss of control and serious injury or death to my children.
