The product, in the report: Stroller Urbo 2
Bought an Urbo 2 Mamas and Papas Stroller from Brooklyn Baby world Store in January 2020. 18 months after that, the welding that support the base (seat) broke, leaving my baby seat unbalanced on the stroller. We reached the Mamas & Papas online customer service and they have refused to provide us with any solution/repair, they said that because we not longer have the paper receipt we are not entitled to any solution. This looks like a faulty design and 100% sure that it might happen to others.
