Made Jan 6, 2014, sent to the company Feb 3, 2014, published by CPSC Feb 19, 2014

The product, in the report: Stroller

Caller stated that after 2 weeks of purchasing the stroller, the brake failed, the hood (front shade) became unsupportive and fell on her child ( no injury), there were also holes appearing in the basket on the bottom. When the brakes on the stroller failed she was on her way with child on the subway if she had not hold on to the stroller, it could have caused serious injuries or fatality.

The retailer was contacted and she was advised to contact the manufacturer although she had purchased it the same month. 9/2013 She contacted the manufacturer and she was advised that she could ship the stroller back to them at her expense and they would make a determination if they should replace it or not. She stated that she has a lifetime warranty on the stroller which she mentioned to the manufacturer but no one was willing to assist her.

Caller feels that this stroller is a safety hazard and should be recalled.

The product is not included in a recall.
