The product, in the report: Levco Umbrella Stroller
On Saturday, August 9, 2014, I was walking my daughter near the hotel I was staying at in NJ. I was walking briskly since the crosswalk stop signal started flashing when we were about halfway across the street. When I reached the sidewalk the front wheels of the stroller got stuck on the ¼ - ½ inch lip of the sidewalk. The sudden stop caused the stroller to flip forward. Since the stroller has no shoulder straps my toddler’s torso fell forward and she hit her face on the ground. Given what happened I do not think a child can be safely restrained in this stroller without shoulder straps.
