The product, in the report: Kolcraft Cloud Sport Lightweight Stroller - Blue
Kolcraft Cloud Sport Lightweight Stroller- Blue: The seat is to short and when placing the child in or removing the harness they can very easily fall out. The baby’s caddy is close enough that when my child fell out of the bottom he hit his head, this happened as soon as I unbuckled him so the arm straps were on his arms, he fell between the seat and front caddy which made the straps pull his arms upward and hurt him as well hitting his head.

No one hurt Made May 21, 2015, sent to the company Jul 7, 2015, published by CPSC Jul 21, 2015
The product, in the report: Kolcraft umbrella stroller sold at Walmart with sunshade and roll-up back. I believe it comes in several different colors but I have the spring green one.
While unfolding the umbrella stroller the latch seemed to miss locking and the hinge started folding in the opposite direction. I pushed it back to the center and the latch seemed to catch properly but when my daughter was placed in the stroller and we began walking the hinge started to fold downward again.

The product, in the report: Green 3 wheeled Jeep Liberty Limited Urban Terrain Stroller
Going for a walk down the sidewalk, my husband [REDACTED] was pushing the stroller with our 2 year old in it, and my college-age daughter was walking beside it. It sounded like a gunshot went off, it was so loud, and took them a minute to figure out what had happened, but the tube on the back tire had exploded and the rim blew apart, and one of the pieces struck her in the ankle and was bleeding all over the place.

The product, in the report: Jeep Liberty stroller made by Kolcraft. Black gray and orange
I was jogging with my son in the Jeep Liberty stroller and the front tire tube ripped open and cracked the front rim. Luckily no one was hurt but it did tip over. I bought this stroller because it had great reviews but this was a very bad and unnecessary situation. The worst part is I had to carry my son and stroller all the way home.

No one hurt Made Feb 19, 2014, sent to the company Feb 26, 2014, published by CPSC Mar 21, 2014
The product, in the report: Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem Stroller
I was using the Kolcraft Contours Tandem stroller when i went to open the stroller the front wheel frame came off. I realized that both of the screws that go in to hold up the frame fell out after reinserting the screws the wheel base was fine. But then the next time i went to take the stroller out of my car I had the same issue at one point I could not locate one of the screws. I am concerned that one day while pushing the stroller one or both of the screws will come out causing the wheel frame to come off and my sons to get injured. There is no other pieces that came with the stroller to make the screws less likely to fall out.

The product, in the report: Jeep Stroller Model Number JL031-XGA1
I don’t consider this an incident as no one was harmed, but I do want to report that the tire on my grandson’s stroller “blew out” after placing it in the trunk of my car. I thought possibly I had lowered the trunk on it, but it was several minutes down the road before I heard it explode. When I looked into replacing the tire, I became aware of the recall.
Thank you.

The product, in the report: Jeep Liberty Stroller
Jeep Liberty Stroller JL031-XGAI While trying to inflate the tire on this product, the inner tube exploded. My husband could not find the same size inner tube at a local bike shop, so he had to substitute the inner tube for a slightly smaller size. He was inflating the tires at a gas station because the tire’s design prohibited use of our hand pump. This stroller has never properly balanced with the newer inner tube, nor do the tires seem to hold their air.

First aid Made Dec 6, 2011, sent to the company Dec 13, 2011, published by CPSC Dec 28, 2011
The product, in the report: Used to transport my 2 sons Model number: ZT003-TAN1 Minimum weight recommendation: 5 Pounds Maximum weight recommendation: 80 Pounds Additional product features: Cargo Basket, Canopy, Grab Bumper Bar Style: Doubles Orientation: Forward facing, Rear facing Seating capacity: 2 Tire material: Plastic Suspension: spring loaded Wheel type: Swivel and Fixed Number of reclining positions: 3
I purchased the Contours Options II Tandem stroller for my newborn and 2 yr old in Novmeber 2010, however we weren’t able to use it due to my son’s age until April of 2011. Beginning in June 2011, the screws began to come out of the handle bars, once we noticed this the first time we made sure to check before/during use to prevent an accident, it was a little annoying but manageable. However, on December 3, 2011, we were on the sidewalk and only my 1 year old was in the stroller with nothing else on it. As we were walking the rear wheel suddenly came off which tipped the stroller over sending my son towards the sidewalk. We managed to get my son and the stroller back upright. Then upon investigating the casue it appears that the back axel rod snapped in two. Thank goodness my son wasn’t majorly injured, had we been on the road or he fallen is slightly a different way or if both boys were in it could have been much worse.
