The product, in the report: Kiddy sport’n move set red/pink stroller for single child, reversible, with shade.
Most recent incident was yesterday. The wheels are the stroller are faulty, always have been. They get stuck and the stroller lurches forward going down slopes when crossing the street. My daughter was jolted about as usual and said her neck hurt. She also hit her face on the bar that is attached.
The locking mechanism on the front wheels will not lock. But yet, the wheels constantly get stuck sideways or other ways so that the stroller either will not move, lurches forward, hits the wall or other items nearby, causes the stroller to tilt forward when crossing the street as going down slope, or it will be unable to move at all. The wheels wil not lock in the forward facing position at all.
The locking latch when it is folded does not keep it closed at all. It always opens as I take it out of the car and unfolds itself and hits me, which hurts because it is very heavy.
The stroller wheels does this every time I use the stroller, has done this since I boight the item over a year ago. It is dangerous and very disruptive.
