The product, in the report: Keenz s7 stroller wagon all terrain wheels
I was pushing my son in our Keenz stroller wagon with their new all terrain wheels. We were on a black top path which was straight and flat. The front of the wagon has swivel wheels. The rear, where my son was seated, has large fixed wheels. There was nothing else in the wagon. It has a weight limit of 110 pounds. Suddenly, the wagon shifted and my son hit his head on the side of it. I immediately stopped and picked my son up as my husband went to investigate the problem. One of the front swivel wheels completely snapped off. It is made of some kind of metal. Luckily, my son wasn’t injured but he could have been.
