The product, in the report: Jane Muum stroller with infant pillow seat pad and grab bar
Jane Muum stroller poses a strangulation hazard to an unharnessed child. In our tests of the stroller, with the infant pillow/seat pad and the grab bar in place, a probe simulating a small child’s torso was able to pass under the grab bar. But a probe simulating a small child’s head did not pass. Therefore, the stroller, when used as described with the infant pillow and grab bar in place, can pose a strangulation hazard to an unharnessed child.
