Seen by a doctor or nurse Made May 15, 2016, sent to the company May 23, 2016, published by CPSC Jun 7, 2016
The product, in the report: Umbrella stroller with sea animal fabric, blue handles and blue straps. Model Number 01-614 sfn manufactured in china for Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. P.O.Box 2609 Columbus, IN 47202-2609 USA
I was walking my son out the front door. I lifted the strollers front and back wheels to get over the doorway threshold. As I lifted the back wheels my son fell out. He landed on his face on the ground. The stroller straps that hold him in had broken. The straps holding him in the seat were ripped and the support of those straps in the back had also ripped. The ground where he fell was cement and a rug. He cried uncontrollably for hours. The only sign of injury was redness on his chin. He would not eat and when he did he would cry. He vomited all day either because of his injury or teething. We went to the doctor to get him checked out and we continued to watch for signs of concussion.
