This isn’t the 3rd incident envolving my baby! Harmony By urbini has been contact previously and insisted I don’t something wrong to cause my daughter to tip over in her stroller! This time I was checking my mail and the wind blew her over! We ended up in the hospital is scrapes bruises and lacerations to the inside of both her lips as well and swelling!
