The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: From Amazon: Lightweight And Compact Coast Rider Stroller With One Hand Easy Fold, Adjustable Handles And Soft Ride Wheels, Grey
My son was sitting in the stroller when it tipped backward and he landed on the hard concrete at a [REDACTED] store. I took my hand off the steering stick for a minute and he was just sitting. Because the child’s weight is over the back axle, it’s a very strong tipping hazard. He fell so hard he bent the steering stick.

No one hurt Made May 15, 2012, sent to the company May 23, 2012, published by CPSC Jun 7, 2012
The product, in the report: Dream On Me Pink & Black Model 455-P
I purchased a Dream On Me Stroller, model # 455-P, in October 2011. During the third time used, the wheels on the stroller fell off, with my daughter in the stroller, tilting the stroller over and just nearly knocking her out of it. I contacted Dream On Me and reported the incident & they sent me front wheels for the stroller. The back wheels then did the SAME thing. When I contacted Dream On Me again, they said they would sent replacement parts for the back wheels. They did not. I then contacted then AGAIN and over a month later, was mailed brakes for the stroller - not what was broken to begin with. I contacted Dream On Me & spoke with a customer service supervisor named [REDACTED], who would not help me, gave me a phony name for the company’s CEO & refused to give me a contact phone number for anyone else in the company for me to talk to about the issue.
