The product, in the report: Dakota Wonder Buggy umbrella stroller. Black with blue straps. Imported by xkong international.
An umbrella stroller I purchased 5 years ago has straps that are disintegrating. The stroller is rarely used and stored indoors. I first noticed the basket underneath tore at the straps. Today the strap used to snap the stroller tore away without effort. The entire stroller system including restraints is compromised of the same blue straps.
