Cybex Has shipped out a large number of defective strollers where the seat does not recline. They are aware of this issue and have not corrected it in months or issued a recall. The design of the seat was fixed, but nothing done with the defective product already in the hands of consumers. This is for the Cybex Gazelle S stroller seat.
