The product, in the report: Red kolcraft contour double stroller.
In 2016 I had my 1st double stroller exactly like the kolcraft red one pictured. I was taking a walk with my two girls at the time and as I went down hill the wheel snapped. I now have two little ones again and bought the same stroller, and notice the wheel flex when going down hill like it may snap again. Another thing is the screws for the handle dont stay in. I am always needing retighten them.love the stroller otherwise

No one hurt Made Apr 21, 2016, sent to the company Apr 29, 2016, published by CPSC May 13, 2016
The product, in the report: Contours Options Elite Tandem Stroller in Laguna - Double Stroller
As I was placing my 8 month old into the Contours Options Elite Double Stroller seat (that comes with the stroller) for the first time her arm got wedged and stuck between the bar and the mechanism that holds the shade on the seat. Luckily, I heard her scream first before attempting to buckle and put the shade down, otherwise I could have broken her arm. I took her out immediately and cannot use the seat until she is older, as I am afraid her arm will get stuck again. I could not believe this was not an issue already addressed, but I’d appreciate you looking into it. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you.

The product, in the report: Kolcraft Contours Options Tandem Stroller
We were using our stroller and my husband went to drop the sun shade down and pinched his fingers in the support bars of the shade. It could have been very serious if it had been one of our children’s fingers.
