The product, in the report: Double stroller
4/10/21 Caller stated that the double stroller caused her son who has disabilities to fall out and hit the ground. She stated that some kind of screw (mechanism) popped out while she was pushing the stroller and it fell. She took her son to the hospital for observation but there were no injuries.
The company was contacted and they advised her that a replacement would be sent out, however, the stroller would not be equivalent to the original stroller and they have no intention to reimburse the difference. Caller is frustrated that the company is not being responsible with providing any satisfactory decision about the incident and a quality stroller.
Caller feels that this stroller is a safety hazard and should be recalled before someone is seriously injured.
